Sessions are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. It is not possible to book or reschedule a class beyond this expiration date.
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email inviting you to download the Studio Moov web app, where you can book your sessions, manage absences, and reschedule as needed. You must reserve your sessions before attending the Studio.
Absolutely! You must report your absence at least two hours before the session starts via the Studio Moov app to receive a makeup credit, which will appear directly in your app. Makeup sessions are not available if the absence is not reported in advance. Additionally, no makeup sessions will be granted beyond the expiration date of your session pack.
All the classes listed here are available for booking in the app. This means you can choose sessions that best fit your preferences and schedule.
You can even join our postnatal classes—with or without a baby—if the schedule works for you!
If a session is marked as "full" in the app, you can either book another class or check back a few hours before the session, as spots may become available if someone cancels.
